Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes

The Diabetes education program is for anyone that has received a diagnosis of Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes. The diabetes class series is also for patients requiring intensive self-management training on insulin management, whether the patient just starting insulin or wanting to start insulin therapy and carbohydrate counting, our team can provide an individualized plan.

Gestational Diabetes Education

This is a one on one consultation between a pregnant patient and a registered dietitian. Consultation includes education on meal planning, exercise and blood glucose monitoring.

Pre-Diabetes Education

A consultation with a registered dietitian providing nutrition education, meal planning, exercise and tips on delaying or preventing diabetes.

Individual Out-Patient

Private consultation with our registered dietitian is also available
